Pictures are beating, they are not fully opened, but not for everyone. What could be?

I recently moved from a VPS to a hosting, the move went well, but after the old host was turned off, a problem with pictures began.
In the database, the path to the pictures was registered through ip, as a result, the following picture is obtained:
upon request for the old ip, pictures are not displayed, when changing to a new ip, miniatures are displayed (stored separately), but large pictures are not displayed, when replacing the ip with a domain Thumbnails are displayed, but large pictures are displayed. :)

It ended up that I unloaded the entire database and changed all the ip records to a new host in the notpad, and then loaded it back.
