PHPStorm removes indentation when saving a file. How to cure?

I am slowly reconfiguring PHPStorm to my taste, in connection with this question - when saving a file, indents in empty lines are automatically removed. That is, if there are only indents in the line (in my case, tabs) and there is no cursor on this line, then all indents will be deleted. Tell me how to cure it?
