Hello. The question is: how to remove this annoying, at least for me, line that appears above the class, interface, namespace, ...?

Removed here (you will have to create a new scheme):
Settings -> Editor -> Colors & Fonts -> General -> Method Separator Color

In fact, it's better to remove it without creating a new scheme:
Settings > Editor > Apperance > Show method separators
PS And I would not recommend choosing a color for the separator that matches the background, otherwise you suddenly want to turn it on and (suddenly! ) you won't see any changes.
