In our system, the use of SSH tunnels is prohibited, including when connecting to MySQL.
To connect remotely to the database, please use a direct connection to the database of your account using the IP address and database details.
I do everything according to their instructions.

xs like in a storm, but in DataGrip everything is transparently configured, try it.
