Phpstorm not seeing hosting root?

There is a hosting (reg.ru). The ftp connection through filezilla works fine.
I wanted to work through phpstorm, but he flatly does not want to see the files (marked with a green arrow on the screen).
There are directories (with files) on the hosting, I didn’t see anything interesting in the isp panel, tell me what is the trouble?
