PhpStorm message SSH_MSG_DISCONNECT: 2 Too many authentication failures for {LOGIN}?

Hello!
Windows 8.1, using Deployment in PhpStorm 8.0.3 , when trying to connect to the masterhost server via sftp gives a message - SSH_MSG_DISCONNECT: 2 Too many authentication failures for {LOGIN} . If you connect via WinSCP, then everything is good.
Has anyone experienced similar?

Deleting the known_hosts file in the .ssh home directory helped
