PHPStorm - live edit not working with css?

Good time!
Not so long ago I started using PHPStorm, I can’t get the live edit plugin to see changes without reloading the page when I am making changes to CSS.

Here's what they told me on another resource.
If the latest version of phpStorm is 10.0.3, and that's exactly what I have. Then, for now, liveedit doesn't work with external css files. There was a similar problem. I decided as follows... I went to Settings->Build, Execution, Deployment ->Debugger->Live Edit
Changed the checkbox from Manual to Auto and it all worked
