PhpStorm delete files and folders on remote server (Remote Host)?
Not so long ago I discovered, I would say, a terrible trouble in PhpStorm - when viewing the contents of Remote Host, sometimes for some unknown reason the folder is taken down from the server. Those. clicked on the arrow next to the folder to hide / unfold it - and it is simply deleted from the server. Or looked at some file remotely, closed it and it was gone.
Has anyone met with this? What is it connected with? My FTP host is set as the default for the project, there is an automatic unloading of changes by Ctrl + S. But it should not affect the removal in any way, in theory.

index0h has already suggested. I can offer in addition only to stop working on ftp. This is a very bad practice - better learn how to use git and deploy projects via ci/cd. For example using gitlab
