PHPStorm + Bitrix?

I open the header.php and footer.php files in phpstorm, do the formatting of the code cmd + alt + f
Save. Component settings stop working on the entire Bitrix. "Could not find component call code."
I do a rollback of formatting cmd + z, save. everything becomes ok.
What is mysticism? Who faced this? How to decide?
