PhpStorm 2 windows like in subime3?

, I’m moving from sublime to phpStorm and I didn’t find a way, by analogy with subline, to display 2 windows at once like php (html) file and css side by side (both files are visible in the code)

Right click on tab - Split window vertically (or horizontally)

As of today, in PHPStorm 2019.3.1 Split Vertically in order to split windows into two is in the Windows tab - Editor Tabs - Split Vertically.

it's a pity 3 years have passed, but for those who are looking now, to make 2 windows so that you can switch several tabs to the right and left, as in sublime
we poke on any tab with LMB, go to window - edit tabs - do not split vertically - a split and move right
