PHP Web IDE

There was a need to use PHP IDE with a web interface. In principle, just a file editor with highlighting would do.
Googling suggested the ideal service - phpanywhere.net/ - but there is no certainty that it is safe.
Can you please tell me if there are similar solutions with the ability to install the code on your server?

emacs/nano/vim/… (in alphabetical order :) ) via ssh? If you tighten up, then, they say, you can make a full-fledged IDE from the first and last. True, it didn’t work out for me from vim, I just use it as an editor.
