Hello. There is a PHP 7.4 site, HTML when the user navigates through the pages everything works well and quickly, after a few minutes of inactivity, if you follow the link or refresh the page, the page takes a long time to load or you have to open it again. What could be the problem?

Divide checks into blocks with timings, see which piece slows down, then you can already draw conclusions about performance, cache, database and what is happening at least to understand. And so - poking a finger into a puddle will not give answers.
