Who can suggest a fee (well, or if there is - free) systems for organizing mailings (NOT SPAM!), Like Subscribe.ru. Interested in a completely ready-made system (scripts) for installation on a dedicated server.
Having climbed a huge number of sites - I can’t find anything more than a WEB face to Mail servers

Many use phplist and judging by the reviews it is good, I recommend to look.
