PHP 5.5 Memcached?

Hello!
A very strange problem, PHP 5.5.9 is built from source on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Two extensions memcache and memcached are compiled and connected , the extension_loaded
function sees both extensions, but the Memcached class was not found, when php-fpm is restarted it breaks 1-2 times, but then again ceases to see him . What could be the problem? Thank you!
