Photoshop & Web-design training methodology - what is it?

Tell me how best to build the process of learning Photoshop and how to use this tool for web-design later? What examples to practice? How to learn basic and basic things - such as grid, alignment, proportions and so on? What books to read?
Which version of the product is best to use? I understand that it is definitely an English version, but which version?
And the second part of the question - what sites and resources should I read to learn graphics and web design, what sites are popular among designers, maybe there is some similar web design toaster?

You will practice for a month at photoshop-master.ru and you will be like a "pickle" there they accept delegates in the field of graphics, plus cool video courses. I learned myself.

1 Never learn from Russian-language lessons, like: "Photoshop Magic Mastery from Ivan Ivanovich", etc.

In addition to knowing the tool itself, it is imperative to find examples of well-rendered web design layouts and stupidly redraw and repeat them. Check out the UI8.net website, there are both paid and free layouts, including in psd. Photoshop has a lot of features that are not required in web design. From the first days, turn into a human copyist. Then gradually move from simple copying to generating your own ideas. The next level after Photoshop is to study the topic of design: about composition, color, typography, modular grids, etc. Here you can still look for courses so that some kind of general system develops in your head. In parallel, look for an internship or freelancing. Then you will figure it out yourself :) Courses do not cancel self-education. A professional good designer needs to know a lot of things and constantly improve himself.
