Photoshop renders the gif incompletely, why is that?

Good evening! In Photoshop, I render a gif, as a result, the rendered gif stops in the middle, then starts again from the beginning, as it should. Why is this happening?

When importing a gif, Photoshop simply creates a layer for each frame.
You need to open the Timeline window (Window - Timeline) and increase the time in the timeline and move all the layers in the right order.
