Photoshop pt and layout do not match. How to fix?

The bottom line is that the font sizes in PS and browsers do not match. In the style sheets and PS, the font is specified in pt, the font in the browser and in Flash is identical. Crooked hands or not taken into account moment? Please help me figure it out

Different font rendering in the browser and in Photoshop.
Try the pixelperfect browser plugin - overlay a semi-transparent layout over the site and see the difference. It will be possible to evaluate the difference and adjust.
Well, IMHO you should not use pt.

Perhaps they "played" with the font, look at the rest of the font options in the
window - character menu.
