Photoshop problems. Why does it freeze?

When choosing tools, it just freezes and that's it. Reinstalled 15 times. Folders in which something from adobe was cleaned under 0.

Installed and worked with Adobe CS6 on a netbook (!), with a resolution of 1024x600 (!), 1-core intel atom (!!) and 2GB of RAM (!!!).
Creative Cloud is certainly more gluttonous, but 4GB is still enough for some kind of work.

Decided to reinstall the system. Gross, but it worked.

faced with this, the solution is to run through all the menus before starting work, after a month it settled down by itself.
