Photoshop issue: Clicking on an object selects a group of layers. And here everything is fine - but how to make sure that the group does not open up?

At the top, I check the box to select a group when clicked (not a layer, but a group) and the trouble is that when there are a lot of groups and there are a lot of files in them, when you select one or another group (or all the rhinestones, they open and show me all the files that are inside. Then I have to manually "Close them. So that they don't interfere. How to make them not open when selecting an element. Or how to collapse them all in 1 click.
I don't know how else to explain. I'll try this way - I need to move objects on the workspace. For example, a description in blocks. Naturally each description is a separate folder with layers. And when I start clicking on objects, the selected groups automatically open showing the whole bunch of layers. And it's not convenient to collapse them back later. How to make sure that the folders do not open when selected. But they open only manually.

To collapse all layers, hold down Ctrl+Alt and collapse any group in the layers panel - all will collapse.

In order to select the entire group when you click on the object, or vice versa, in the move tool on the top panel, check the "auto-select" box and next to it there is "Layers" - selects the group, and "layer groups" - selects the layer inside the group. In general, try them. and you will get caught, he himself was looking for a solution for a long time, until he stumbled upon it himself. And I signed up here to write an answer to this question.
