Photoshop CS6: Why is the font size display different even though the size values are the same?

The screenshot shows that the sizes are the same, the fonts are the same, I noticed this a long time ago on Photoshop CS4 Portable, I decided to install the full version. It doesn't fix it this way.

In Photoshop, the transformations may have been applied to the text layer.
