When using this function, always copies the element's rgb color. How to fix?

HEX is RGB in hexadecimal. For example, the coordinates 55.55.55 in this system are #373737, where each pair of digits (in order) corresponds to red, green and blue in RGB (37 - R, 37 - G, 37 - B). Therefore, in fact, Photoshop outputs RGB, only writes color coordinates in cm (RGB) in decimal system, because in additive cm it is a more understandable representation of color. If HEX is needed, then edit with RGB handles.
