Photoshop 2021 freezes on startup while reading settings. How to fix?

After 7 minutes of loading, it still starts and the program itself then works smartly. Started almost instantly a week ago

Try resetting the default settings ( https://youtu.be/2RRYEMApDuE ).
And keep backing them up. Look for the corresponding folder inC:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe
