Photoshop 2017 - how to export svg correctly?

Recently upgraded from PS 6 -> 2017 and was pleasantly surprised by new features
such as quick export of shapes to .svg . Now it's almost as cool as in the sketch :)
But why are complex shapes with intersecting fills exported so crookedly?

Is it possible to overcome this somehow?
