Photos on ebay are not loaded through a proxy. How to solve this problem?

I have many accounts on ebay that I access through my own proxy servers. I've had it for over a year and before that everything was fine. Now when I try to upload a photo of a new product, it doesn't load. But only those photos from the Internet are not loaded. From a PC, there are no such problems. I use 3proxy as a proxy, so I initially thought that the problem was in it, but I tried to raise squid, dante server, but the problem remained. My colleagues also have the same problems, but not all of them. Servers are located in different countries and from different companies. I tried to change proxy ports, reinstalled the OS of the server, as I said earlier, changed the proxy servers themselves (3 proxies, squid, dante), changed the mtu value, tested on fresh PCs, connected through different proxifiers, but all to no avail. But what's most interesting so if I raise my openvpn server, there are no problems. Everywhere is loaded. But VPN in my case is not quite suitable (its own nuances). What could be the problem and how to solve it?
