The OpenVPN client on Windows falls off, what can I do?

Friends, there was a problem with the OpenVPN client in Windows 7, I would be very grateful if someone could help.
I have windows 7 x64 Ultimate, to my misfortune I decided to install the Bluestack4 android emulator, used it, and deleted it.
After that, my VPN started to work incorrectly, the connection to the server is normal, the Internet is there, everything is ok. But this does not last long, in the range of 10-30 minutes, after which the Internet stops working, and you can’t even disconnect from the VPN, I see the following lines in the console:
Sun Oct 21 18:35:55 2018 [server] Inactivity timeout (-- ping-restart), restarting
Sun Oct 21 18:35:55 2018 TCP/UDP: Closing socket
Sun Oct 21 18:35:55 2018 SIGUSR1[soft,ping-restart] received, process restarting
Sun Oct 21 18:35:55 2018 MANAGEMENT: >STATE:1540097575,RECONNECTING,ping-restart,,,,,
Sun Oct 21 18:35:55 2018 Restart pause, 5 second(s)
This problem occurs on these lines . I see no reason to post the entire log, when connecting to an OpenVPN server (or servers), everything is standard, and is no different.
And if I try to disconnect or reconnect in openvpn-gui, it deletes the routes as expected:
Sun Oct 21 08:53:00 2018 C:\Windows\system32\route.exe DELETE 207.55.81.55 MASK 255.255.255.255 192.168.8.1
Sun Oct 21 08:53:00 2018 Route deletion via IPAPI succeeded [adaptive]
Sun Oct 21 08:53:00 2018 C:\Windows\system32\route.exe DELETE 0.0.0.0 MASK 128.0.0.0 10.113.192.1
Sun Oct 21 08: 53:00 2018 Route deletion via IPAPI succeeded [adaptive]
Sun Oct 21 08:53:00 2018 C:\Windows\system32\route.exe DELETE 128.0.0.0 MASK 128.0.0.0 10.113.192.1
and then hangs on the lines:
Sat Oct 20 18:40:52 2018 Route deletion via IPAPI succeeded [adaptive]
Sat Oct 20 18:40:52 2018 Closing TUN/TAP interface
Sat Oct 20 18:40:52 2018 TAP: DHCP address
released then reconnect, then openvpn-gui ends correctly, and you can reconnect again, and enjoy working Internet for VPN for another 10-20 minutes, after which everything repeats.
I took the following steps:
A complete reinstall of OpenVPN, along with the TAP-windows adapter, installed a more recent version of OpenVPN (the latest). Rebooted.
I tried to reinstall this ill-fated Bluestack4 back, also no effect. I can’t even google or understand what network changes he makes to the system. But everything fell off because of him.
I don’t have backups, and I don’t have system snapshots, I can’t roll back to an earlier configuration.
I disabled all unnecessary network virtual adapters, whether it's VirtualBox or VmWare, I tried without them - it doesn't help.
To be sure, I tested it on other .ovpn configs just in case. It's not about them, the same thing happens with any config and server.
Also, I understand that my question is not particularly specialized, and may be off topic, but the problem is very important for me, reinstalling the operating system is an extreme measure. If someone advises me in which direction to dig in order to set up a VPN back, I will be very, very grateful.
