Photo by hashtag from Instagram and Facebook?

Please tell me how to pull up content from Instagram and Facebook using a hashtag now? At some point, this feature was closed in api and it was possible only with crutches like https://habrahabr.ru/post/302150/ but this is not very suitable for big brands.
