Tell me, please, dear owners of Anroids,
how is the phone book organized by them?
It is clear that contacts are loaded from a Google account, and contacts from a SIM card are poured there.

And these SIM contacts are deleted from it?
And if they are deleted, is it possible to copy them to a SIM card and use, say, on an old phone, a la Nokia 3310?

Contacts from a SIM card are not automatically transferred or deleted. They need to be manually copied / moved to (Google-) contacts. You can't save contacts to a SIM card, only to an SD card.
