Phone or tablet GSM+GPS?

Good day to all. I want to buy either a phone or a tablet on Android 4 with the following features:
1. For a tablet - the presence of a GSM module for calls and the Internet.
2. Availability of GPS for navigation.
3. For a phone - a large and high-quality touch screen, the more the better, for a tablet, a screen up to 10 inches.
Everything else - the "cooler" the better (two SIM cards, two CPU cores, etc.)!
I plan to spend about $300, although if there is a suitable device for less money, it’s also not bad.
It is advisable to give links to the product in the store, which you can really buy right now, because. I plan to give it for my birthday and I would not want to wait for a pre-order for a long time.
The opinion of owners who already use such devices would be especially valuable (how well the network holds, determines coordinates, operating time without recharging, etc.)

Well, you need to understand that with such money you can only take a Chinese.
And therefore, if it's a phone, then you can look towards FreeLander I10, aka Newman N1, if it's a tablet, then look from the same FreeLander towards PD10 3G. If it's a tablet, then I pay special attention to the fact that the PD10 comes with and without 3G, and also that the manufacturer promises to release another version in October on a more recent MTK processor.

A little over $300, but still 2 sim, GPS and a 5.25" screen.
I myself held the previous generation device TM-5200 in my hands

Look for tablets on MT6577. There are few of them, but there are. Then there will be 3G and GPS. But I did not come across more than 7 ".

I would recommend Galaxy S2 with new firmware. A proven ex-flagship, and it will be released on a budget.
