Phone as Bluetooth adapter?

Hello, how can I catch a button press (or stick movement) on a joystick (bluetooth joystick) on an Android phone and send data via WiFi to a PC? Android 7 version.
PS I understand that this is not freelancing, but a piece of code is desirable (for Android). For in the Android and Java APIs, I understand a little more than nothing at all.

Answer found. The program "Remotr" does not freeze, pressing is not lost.
PS WiFi connection (local), Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A, Internet gives about 3-4 MB per second.
