Philips X501 as an SMS temperature controller, really?

Subject: there is a Philips X501 phone with a temperature sensor in the battery.
How to make a sms alarm about the temperature from your phone?
I would like to send SMS like "3423?" in response, an SMS was received about the temperature of the sensor.
(control of the boiler in the country, there is no electronics in the boiler)
A temperature sensor is available in the engineering menu, it works correctly.
-ADC(Analog-digital converter)/ ADC
--VBAT 3.94V(Voltage Battery)/Battery voltage
--ISENSE 0.02A/Current
--CHARGER 0.21V/ Charger
--Acc detect 3.47V/ Detection accuracy
- -BATTEMP 29.01 С(Battery temperature)
How can I remotely query it? Maybe what AT commands are there ?!

@Spetros

If you implement all this using the phone, then you just need to write your own firmware to which the necessary functionality will be added.
