phantomjs cookies?
The question is, you need to get the page cookies, document.cookie and --cookies-file, not all cookies are shown, in chorome there are 2 times more of them. Perhaps someone has come across something similar. In general, I will be glad for any information regarding cookies in phantomjs.

So in the browser they went to more pages and picked up cookies. Phantom remembers everything you need, there are no problems with this in it.
