Good afternoon.
My friend and I are developing a mobile application for iPhone, which is a social network for dating.
This social network can work anywhere in the world, that is, there is no focus on a specific country. The interface language is English.
We live in Russia. We do not yet have a legal entity and we are not going to register it in Russia.
Question: Do we bear any responsibility in Russia for this service? What problems can we have with this in the Russian Federation? And how to avoid problems?
