PdoMenu modx how to take data from web context only?

There is a multidomain site with ContextRouter (context switching depending on the domain). In the web context, everything works fine, but in other contexts, due to lack of materials, the menu is not complete. How to force pdomenu to take data always from the web context?
Tried to add &context = `web` but in that case the menu works only in this context.

Use where. Here is an example where it displays resources whose context matches the context of the current resource (i.e. the English version of the page - it only displays English)
