Pci-e x1 usb 3.0 how to enable boot on boot in bios?

Good day. There is a controller chip available, pci-e x1 usb 3.0. Please tell me how to enable it in the BIOS so that when you turn on the PC, it immediately starts? My south bridge burned out, and out of all the usbs, only 1 exit works. And when installing the system, you have to install a usb hub. I would like to use the connected controller when installing the system. Motherboard Asrock B85m-HDS.

Most likely there are no drivers for it in the BIOS so that the controller is recognized by the firmware during boot.
Either the controller must have its own Boot-ROM (like on SATA controllers), or a BIOS module to work with this controller.
