. now I’m trying to slowly learn iron programming, I immediately became interested in whether it is possible to use it as a regular microcontroller, and if so: which programmer to use for it, what is its pinout?
PS Who can not see AWARD PCI / PNP 686 1998.

This is not a processor, but a memory, therefore it cannot be used as a controller.
To recognize the pinout, remove the sticker and see something like 48FL002 there, go to Alldatasheet and look for documentation not a piece of iron.
