PC freezes, how to catch the problem?
Today I decided to reinstall Windows, installed the same image as before (clean, downloaded from off site) windows 10 october.
On the old Windows, I just played and worked yesterday and everything was ok.
As soon as I got to the data entry stage (user, password and parameter selection), it started to freeze, without blue screens, without anything. The picture just pops up.
Disconnected all disks, interchanged dies, removed, changed slots.
There is a live-sd kubunta, it freezes immediately after loading a second after 2.
There is nothing in the Windows log (except that I manually cut down the feeder).
changed the pci slot of the video card.
The only thing, with the furmark turned on, did not fly out a couple of times for 10 minutes.
How to catch and understand because of what all this is?
UPD: reset bios.

Thank you all for your help, it was the chipset driver. Winda Pts does not work well with new ryzens.
The fact that the reinstallation affected may be a mere coincidence) In such cases, you need to lighten the platform as much as possible and try. Apparently, you have already turned off all the "extra" peripherals, and if it doesn't even start working like that, then, I'm afraid, you need donations: PSU, memory, video card.
By the way, I once had a case with a friend of mine with an unreasonable freeze - it was cured by replacing the keyboard (USB). After that, it worked for several months - again the same nonsense. Changed the mouse (USB). Six months later, the computer began to blunt again))) The built-in USB controller was disabled in the BIOS and a PCI card with four USB ports was inserted. Since then everything has been working. What exactly did not like and why it was cured for a while remained unsolved.
