PC freezes and restarts without displaying errors, what could be the problem?

There is a PC assembled not so long ago, immediately after assembling and installing the OS, I ran into a problem. TX of my PC:

Operating System -Microsoft Windows 10 Pro/License
Type CPU -AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 3700 8-Core Processor
Motherboard -Asus Prime B450-Plus
RAM -AMD Radeon R9 Gamer Series [R9S416G3206U2K] 16GB/
3200MHz Video Adapter -NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 Mini (2GB)
HDD - SSD WD Green [WDS240G2G0A] (240GB)
PSU - AeroCool Strike-X 1100W.

And so, the essence of the problem:
the PC hangs dully, the screen is black or of any other color, the keyboard and mouse do not respond, if audio / video content is being played at this moment, then the sound also freezes and hums like a transformer. After 5-10 sec. The PC restarts itself. This happens very often even when the PC is idle, until you install chipset drivers, etc. downloaded from AMD website. After that, at first glance, the problem is solved, but no! Now everything repeats but already at the start and playing some games. For example, GTA5-flight is normal, the PC has never hung, WoT- once an hour, sometimes not even once. From junk, Mass Effect 1 never for the entire passage, Mass Effect 2- happens 5 times in 10 minutes, sometimes not once in a day. I can't find the cause and effect link.
There is no overheating, the PC is clean dust / software, the drivers and OS updates are all the latest, there are no viruses (Kaspersky Endpoint Security). I tried the old ASUS GTX 560 video card, the problem persists, the PSU is working, I did a stress test of the entire OCCT system (24 hours), there are no errors. Checked the RAM MemTest86, no errors. I loaded the 3DMark video system, nothing hangs, it's not buggy.
Before that, there was a checkmate. board on LGA1155 Intel core i5 2400, PSU, SSD and video card and OS are the same as now, there were no problems. Suspicion that there are problems with the video system, because sometimes the PC freezes, changes color to black or another, the keyboard does not respond and the sounds from the game do not freeze and something continues there, but then it reboots

try to sit on the built-in? is it on this processor?
GTX 560 - definitely working? as an option, try to install the drivers on the video and the chipset with handles, and not with auto-installers from the site
At the time you say that the same config worked on Intel, apparently the problem is in the mother\processor chipset. Maybe the drivers conflict with the version of Windows? try updating the bios
