PC for 3D modeling in Blender and Unity3d?

Hey!
I was asked to build a system for 3D modeling in Blender and Unity3d.
They said they want to try. Budget 600-1000 dollars.

I am well versed in hardware, but I don’t know 3D modeling at all, and after Google there were questions.
1) Will it be comfortable to work without a discrete graphics card, using a built-in, for example, i5-10400?
Or do you need at least some kind of discrete graphics card?
2) The main emphasis should be on the processor and RAM, right?
3) Is one SSD enough for 500 gigabytes? Or is it better to choose SSD 250gb and HDD 1tb?
4) I was advised to choose the i5-12600K and the Z690 board, but in this case, only 16gb of RAM will fit into the budget and there will be no discrete video card, and I will also have to save on the case and something else. In my opinion, with such a budget, an unjustified choice, what do you say?

The default config is:

  • AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
  • ASUS TUF B450M-Pro Gaming
  • ID-Cooling SE-224-XT Basic
  • 32gb Crucial Ballistix (2x16GB)
  • Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500GB
  • DeepCool Matrexx 55 Mesh DP-ATX-MATREXX55-MESH with 3 fans
  • Chieftec Core BBS-600S
  • GTX 760 2gb (used)

Sadly, Blender will be without a video card with cuda cores. At least put 1060 in the budget.

It’s better not to save on the video , 1050ti at least 16GB
of RAM is enough for training
