USB flash drives

PC does not see smartbuy gray usb3.0 64gb flash drive?

Somehow I "broke" the flash drive when I wrote the Linux image there, formatted something, climbed somewhere, pressed something, as a result, the light on the flash drive is on, the sound is in PC Management (Device Manager - Portable Devices)

I have it there for a long time measured because other flash drives work, but I bought exactly the same flash drive and bam. the same thing (sound, indicator and there it is (you can see E and F) one difference now they have. One is heated, the other is not. Why is that? Could the old flash drive break so much that now her sister in my PC also does not work (another PC tried to put it in, they don’t work, but there is also a mammoth PC, but still) or just a marriage? Maybe somehow they can be restored to working capacity? It’s a pity for money (

It is possible to model through the rejection throughout the batch.

Could the old flash drive break so much that now her sister does not work on my PC either?

I won’t undertake to say unequivocally that this cannot be, but it sounds like:
“Could I puncture the front tire in the bike so much that I started to lower the rear one”))

See how R.tester displays flash drives : are the model/manufacturer visible, is the volume determined correctly?

One heats up, the other doesn't.

The one that gets hot is more likely to fail.
If there are no important data on the flash drives that need to be restored, then the best option would be an exchange under warranty.
You can repair flash drives using utilities from the manufacturer, which are selected by VID / PID. However, this is a so-so idea - once a drive that has flown with a high probability will fail again, often at the most inopportune moment. So you can't trust him.
Also remember that the repair described above irretrievably destroys information; after it, nothing can be restored in principle.
Well, among other things, after experimenting with Linux, sections in Windows may not be visible. In this case, you need to format the flash drive again.
