PC does not boot when more than 1 sata device is connected, what should I do?

I have an ssd and two hard drives, when I try to turn on the PC while the BIOS is loading, everything is cut down abruptly, if I turn off the hard drives, then Windows loads, if I plug it into the disk while Windows is running, it immediately writes shutdown and cuts down. Sometimes it starts up and runs for 15-20 minutes and then turns off again. If you turn off the ssd and run Windows on the hard drive, then everything also works until the ssd is connected. I put a new PSU and nvme drive, but the situation is the same

Are sata cables to disks alive? But in general, I see this for the first time ... did you try different connectors on the motherboard?
Do the drives work on other PCs?
