PC assembly, I can not understand why there is no signal on the monitor?

Good day everyone!
I decided to assemble a PC, assembled it, connected it, there was an inscription "no signal" on the monitor.
Hardware
Motherboard: msi z170i gaming pro ac
Processor: intel core i5 kaby lake 7600k, socket 1151
Power supply: corsair rm 550x
SSD kingston hyper x savage
RAM kingston hyper x fure 8gb, 2133
Connected: cpu power, 24 pin, front panel , put the operative and the following happens.
EZ Debug LED, cpu and ram blink once at system startup. VGA does not blink at all and the image does not show. This already means that the processor and RAM are visible.
The monitor says "no signal".
Everything is plugged into the power supply.
What could be the problem?
How to reset the bios in the motherboard, using the clear cmos button? Is this done with the PC on or off? When turned off did not help.

The motherboard did not support the Kaby lake processor out of the box. It is necessary to update the mother with another processor from the Skylake line and everything will work!

Check the VGA cable connection at the graphics card and at the monitor. Such a signal on the monitor means that the monitor is not connected anywhere. If the connection on both sides of the cable is normal (the connectors are rigid, do not hang out), change the cable.

I look at your mother, and I don’t see VGA on her, how do you connect a VGA monitor to her?
Let's say you use an adapter, maybe it's not working, try connecting via hdmi (TV or monitor). You need a speaker, he can tell a lot.
Let's say you have a discrete video card connected, which you forgot to mention, try turning it off and starting up with an integrated video card.
