PC assembly. Are these good components or do you recommend replacing something?

The budget is a maximum of 23,000 UAH (approximately 60,000 rubles). I invested money but I don’t know how good the parts are.
Comp for games. I won't stream or render anything.
A couple of notes:
-I picked up all the components according to the principle "not expensive and super reviews".
I'll buy an SSD. Later. Please, do not write about it)
- I took 5 fans per case, because the case supports 5. They are 4 pin.
-I will replace the video card in 3 years, the percentage should last longer.
-I will drive, but not immediately, but after a while, as I notice drawdowns.
-I chose the hull because of design standards and because of good ventilation.
-Video card from Gigabyte solely because of a friend's advice.
So. What is the best substitute for what and why?)

Fine. It’s better to immediately throw the HDD into the trash, where it belongs, and add at least 500Gb to the SSD assembly, and preferably 1Tb.

5 fans are enough and two, and it is better to take normal three-pin ones (or even four-pin ones if the mother allows it.)
On the motherboard, you can save from 800 to 1200 UAH.

Vidyaha is certainly hot, but for the money you probably can’t find competitors.
It’s better to choose another operative that will run up to 3600-3866 without problems (you don’t need higher), this will give a noticeable performance boost.
If now you don’t want to take a normal nvme ssd, then don’t regret 30 bucks for the simplest 240GB sata ssd for the operating system - believe me, it’s worth it. Moreover, you take a rather slow HDD by today's standards.
So many cheap fans will create noticeable noise, personally I wouldn't put more than three - two for intake and one for exhaust. And I took models with normal connectors, not molex.
The acrylic wall will be scratched very quickly in the case, it is better to take either with a solid metal one, or pay extra for tempered glass if you need "beauty"
It is better to take a processor cooler with a slightly larger margin, especially since the "popular" ID-COOLING SE-214 is cheaper than the one you have chosen. Ideally, I would take the Chinese Snowman MT-4 / MT-5 / MT-6, but they are not in the outlet.
Proc / mother / bp are good.

Cooler Master NCR-12K1-GP are powered by molex directly and do not have a speed controller, and so - the norms.

I would still remove the hdd and install ssd, but the prices for ssd are already too low
