Paypal withdrawal in Russia. What are the commissions?

I am Russian, I live in Belarus.
Funds come to Paypal, registered in Russia.
I want to register an individual entrepreneur and withdraw funds to a current account on a white basis. I'm planning on paying a down payment.
Please tell me exactly how much interest you will have to pay for taxes/commissions. (Preferably in this way: I poked to withdraw - Paypal ate so much for transactions / conversions into national currency -> The bank ate so much) I know about Payoneer, thanks.
Also interested in contracts and acts of acceptance. If the money is sent by the same person, is a new contract required for each transaction, is an act of acceptance required for each transaction?
