Paypal wants ̶k̶u̶sh̶a̶t̶ü̶ money?

Life connected me with paypal, for me it turned out to be a very sad experience of $ 500 with the help of Visa Refund through a bank through which I later found out that scammers are using it. The goods that I sell cannot be returned, I acted very stupidly without doing the same by returning the money for the goods (repurchase). What is the question, for some this money will seem like a trifle, for me it is a significant amount and I see only 2 ways out of this situation and I think they are not correct, if there are any ways out of this situation, I would like to hear from you, thank you in advance for your help.
My options:
1. Try to untie all my cards and delete my account through Technical Support (they will refuse and make me pay)
2. Start a dispute through the court (100% they will either crush me or I simply won’t pull the court and lose even more)
What I'm afraid
of 1. They won't let me go abroad in the future because I have debts (I know there have been such cases) 2.
