PayPal is not working, what is happening now?

Hello.
When switching from eBay to the PayPal site, the browser warns that the PayPal site has "left" certificates. I wanted to write to them in support, but the site itself is not loaded.
Just in case, I saved traces, DNS server addresses, IP, information from certificates. I thought that they were trying to deceive me locally, PayPal after all, it can’t have problems, but on the Internet I found many more similar messages from a day ago. Does anyone know what's going on?
