Hello.
Such a question: I have a Tinkoff Bank card that allows you to replenish yourself from other cards without commission, making it like a ruble payment. Is it possible to replenish it with a Payoneer card and what will be the commissions in this case? And one more thing: let’s say I have $77.77 on my Payoneer card, how can I find out the exact amount in rubles for replenishment?
In theory, everything is ok, but I would like to know it in practice.
Or is it more convenient to get a currency card of the same tcs / alpha and withdraw dollars with subsequent exchange in offline exchangers?

according to the laws, such a service in rush is available only for internal cards, I don’t think that anything has changed in a year
