For Yandex.Money, you need to identify yourself (send a notarized copy of your passport and a special application to the office in Moscow). This procedure took me 4 weeks and 500 hryvnias (about 1500 Russian rubles). It is unlikely that poison will now be used by ordinary buyers in Ukraine. I made it myself because I'm a web developer.
