Payoneer: experience with withdrawing money in rubles to a local bank account?

According to official data, you can withdraw only in rubles, to a ruble account in a local bank (like PayPal), dollars are converted into rubles at a certain "mid-market rate" (not the mastercard rate, for now this "mid-market rate" should be equal to 65.0107, for TCS now the rate is 64.65, on the exchange 65.03) and a commission of 2.75% is added to it. The money goes in a few days. The transfer will look like the money came from a Russian bank.
Interesting feedback from those who use this method. Of particular interest are the pitfalls and the reaction of the tax authorities.
UPD: I'm not going to pay taxes yet.
Possible underwater and not very stones, the confirmation or refutation of which I would like to hear, is:
- you have to wait for the translation for weeks
- the translations reach every other time
- economic groundlessness
- etc.
