Payments and cards of the Ukrainian PrivatBank, resident - non-resident, testing
Background:
Most freelancers in Ukraine like to get paid on a PrivatBank card in hryvnias. These cards are mostly free, issued and maintained free of charge, and are very common.
A non-resident can also open such a card, which, in fact, was done.
The issue is that the resulting map is not complete.
Not everyone can put money on it, as they said in technical support, there are problems in the calculations between a resident and a non-resident.
Question number 1.
Does anyone here have the opportunity to send a test payment in the amount of 1 UAH (the minimum amount of payment in Privat24) to the PrivatBank of Ukraine card number indicated in the personal account?
If the payment goes through, we will honestly refund it, if it doesn’t go through, please send a screenshot of the error that Privat24 will issue. This is necessary to find out what could be the matter.
Question number 2.
If the problem is legal, how to solve it? What document should be brought to PrivatBank of Ukraine in order to unblock such operations for non-residents? Get a Ukrainian tax code, or do you need other documents?
The card user is a citizen of Russia, he does not have a Ukrainian residence permit, a residence permit or citizenship of Ukraine.
Thanks in advance!

Regarding legal issue number 2, it is most logical to call Privatovsky 8-800 within Ukraine or find them on Skype / Twitter / Facebook / VKontakte / LiveJournal and write to them there, as a rule, they answer quite quickly
