I want to practice writing applications in janga, for this I am looking for hosting. I decided to try DigitalOcean, they promise to install django applications in one click. But on a stick there is a minimum transfer of $ 5 and technical support confirmed this. Is there any way to make the initial payment less? I still do not even know if I will use this hosting. Or how to test their servers for free?

Make it on your local PC and you won't have to pay anyone. Of course, you can pay less, but the hosting will not be of that level. In short, train on cats.
